You started to focus on the life that you really want? Now, what thoughts come to mind? What questions do you? What

doubts creep in? Usually this is the time when many of we tend to put the brakes on your dreams, often without even knowing it. The thoughts and beliefs that we carry with us - usually unconsciously - do not allow us to seize opportunities that arise and prevent us from having what we want in life.

Those thoughts will be:

I'm afraid.
I do not know how.
I've never been able to do before. Why should this time be different?
Who am I to think that we can have anything you want from life?
I need more money before they had
... And if I invest the money and does not work?
And if I can not do?
And if I lose all this time and this fatigue and nothing happens?
And if my partner does not agree?
And if I fail?
There seems to have heard of them?

review your life so far and think about all the opportunities or situations that did not go as you wanted. Pay attention to areas where you and keep trudging thoughts and feelings that arise within you about those circumstances. Are positive or negative? Very likely have negative feelings of fear, sadness, frustration, helplessness, anger, or simple resignation to what has happened.

Then think back to the opportunities that appear to be coming with ease, or at times when you were happy. What were the thoughts and feelings that had on those occasions? Probably you will find that seemed easy, simple, exciting, pleasant, cheerful, loving, peaceful, natural, or that simply was not a problem! Maybe things have gone so well that you did not pose questions.

Everything is controlled by the law of attraction as a magnet that is always at work. Attract more and more what you focus on that, whether you like it or not. The energy flows to the point where you focus your attention and attract more and more things of that nature.

Think once again in your life and see the correlation between what you were thinking or feeling and what you are getting in life. There are some areas where you are getting what you do not want? Your dreams have not yet materialized? Have you noticed that there are not? You're thinking so far has been really hard? If so, how can you change that to get what they really want? How can you break down those barriers?

First, you must understand that, apart from that on which you are focused and the emotion you feel about it, are doing just flow to you the object of your thoughts. Think about it. In the Universe there is no exception to this rule. Absolutely none! It is a law of physics.

Once you understand the Law of Attraction and its existence in your life, you can begin to deliberately and consciously change the beliefs or thoughts that limit you. The good news is that you are in control.

Sounds too simple? Be ', it is.

Too good to be true? Mmmm. Note the point on which you focus your attention with this question. Upside down. The fact is that it is really easy.
